    The Flat used in 'Still Game' is infact Collina St, (Valley in) Maryhill. If you look closer on the show, you will see its a Single Flat they live in & not a Group,like Westercommon, although both sets of Flats ARE very similar.

    i grew up in easterhouse,great memories there, i was around when frankie vaughn was at the centre. i hated it when we moved, missed the place so much, still do. me and my sisters and brothers where brought up there, there was gangs ye, but then so has everywhere else.

    I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who went to Milncroft in the late fifties and until 1964 when our family moved to Toronto. Names from the past are: Alan and Charles Roger and their younger brother Anson who lived on Newhaven Rd. Also Elizabeth Hutton, Ann Black, Robert Orr Alex Nimmo.     This was my school until we moved to Toronto, Canada in 1964, (maiden name Buller). My sister and I visited the school in 2000 and my sister remembered some of the teachers. The headmistress gave us a tour. Quite a lot of memories
